Convert vinyl to digital? This is the phono stage for you.

The TC-753LC Phono Stage is a great purchase for those of you looking to digitize your vinyl collection (MP3, WMA etc) or just want a preamp for a phono stage into a stereo setup. If you are using a standard turntable (without a built in preamp, which is normal) you will need to amplify the output of that turntable. Just connect the RCA phono outputs. of your turntable (red and white wires) into the inputs of this preamp and connect the output of the preamp to your sound card. Typically you will need a splitter cable with red/white RCA connectors on one end (from the preamp) and a mini jack on the other (to your sound card). This cable is very common and quite cheap. Now that you've connected your turntable's output to your computer's sound card, it could actually record the volume at a realistic level. Use the audio conversion software you chose to create your f Ultimate recording product (Spin It Again, Audacity, etc.) which you can now convert to The TC-753LC also has a level control to control the output volume of your turntable (very useful) and a switch to switch from phono stage to phono stage. Revain FBQ equalizer between preamp and sound card th to tweak the sound, but that's another story). Its small size, ease of use, and reliable frequency response make it a very good buy. Whether you're an experienced turntable user or a beginner, this preamp is for you.
