Review on EVGA Supernova Modular Warranty 220 G5 1000 X1 by Michael Bustamante

First I would like to say that if the item was still in stock I would try a replacement as it may just be my specific one block is. There was a very loud coil squeal while the components drew more watts than when idle. At first I thought it was my GPU, but it also only runs when the CPU is busy and I isolated the noise from the PSU. Keep in mind that 1000 watts is overkill and I pulled 450 watts at full load. This unit has a lot of positive reviews leading me to believe my unit was random but I was able to replace it with a Corsair and it doesn't have a whistle coil.
