Review on 🔁 Enhanced Pen Plax NB2 Net Breeder by Susan Johnson

Update: I liked this box at first but unfortunately today it let me down. Not exactly sure how this happened, most likely one of my larger fish climbed onto it and pushed down one side of the box, or it could have been a snail slowly pushing it. We'll never know, but like a box that slides out at an angle and gets stuck, this one got stuck under the water level on one side. My juveniles escaped and despite the fact that I quickly figured out the problem and caught a couple of them before they were eaten, 3 became snacks for my larger fish. RIP little boys. Upgrading my rating by two stars because it didn't save my fries. It's still a well made box for all the other reasons I mentioned in my first review, but they need to find a safe way to keep the box on the surface. The juveniles are separated from their cannibal parents and this box is just what I needed. The net is very thin and even the smallest juvenile fish won't fit through, seriously, even their droppings are too small to fall through this net. I was worried the suction cup would let go and drop the box in the water, but this box floats. Even if the suction cup comes loose, the box simply floats with the top edge just above the water surface, keeping the roast securely contained. It was relatively easy to put together, but my kid came with a giant bug when I was putting it together, so I got distracted and turned the lid upside down and backwards. (Don't judge too harshly, it was a praying mantis so we were all very much in love with it.) It was really difficult to remove the top piece to fix the mistake, so pay very close attention to how the pieces look must be compiled to avoid the same problems. I would definitely buy it again and would recommend it to anyone who needs the security of their roasts.
