Strong excellent restaurant dispenser. I bought it because I eat at Whataburger every day. I always get a stack of Whataburger wipes and keep them. This dispenser is perfect for her. Free towels! I have a high table with 4 bar stools from my local Chili's (remodeled) for the dining room at my local pub. The perfect addition to the feel of the room and I'm saving the tree by using napkins. which could otherwise be disposed of as waste. I've seen other reviews about weak springs and cloth slipping down. When I first tried to download it I had the same thought. However, upon inspection, I found that placing the unit on the opposite side to loading caused the springs to line up in the correct position. And weak spring pressure is right for the mechanism. I have never used the so called recommended napkins as they fit many napkins in fast food restaurants. That was my intention when I bought it.
