I use them as fans for a small marine aquarium. First, I chose another popular "quiet" brand of PC fans, but they made an annoying high-pitched noise. These fans push more air than other branded fans and are damn quiet. The gray color is a nice touch. The box they come in is ridiculously quirky considering they're just fans. I would definitely recommend them, but be aware that they sacrifice a little airflow for lower decibels. To be honest, they were so quiet that I didn't even try to use the fan controller to adjust the speed.
