These were my grandchildren's favorite gifts! The children, both 7 years old, received them on Christmas Eve. On Christmas night one seat was cracked where it was bolted and the other seat was completely broken. Cheap plastic or in any case defective. The kids love the wagon, but now it's broken. I do not have the original packaging to return it. The boxes are already in the trash. I didn't think I had a reason to keep boxes, they were children's favorite gifts and I certainly didn't think they could break easily! I have no idea what to do now. Two very unhappy children and two bulky items that need to be returned without a box. I just wanted them replaced with better seats. Kids think they're at their best when they're not broken.
