Review on Better Bounces by Avery Sharma

Our business uses better bounces for reporting and monitoring purposes but we also use it as an outbound service for newsletters and promotions. There is so much you can do with this package. For instance, they do it all from their office in Germany. You don't have to deal with localisation issues; which really helps! The only thing I would like to see an update about is that sometimes it's hard to change things or add new features. Also there are a few minor bugs when adding templates to the dashboard. Otherwise it works great and saves me loads of time and money from having to run our own bounces service. Monthly reports that show everything a good bounce looks like to me. We use betterbounces' inbound emails. I like that Better Bounces has a lot of tools that are easy to use. It is also very helpful in getting rid of spam and other unwanted emails. The support team is great as well! They work with you one on one to help you sort through your issues. We had been using another provider before Better Bounces but they were not able to help us figure out why our bounced messages were growing. With Better Bounces we have seen a huge decrease in bounces as well as better deliverability.
