I'm a semi-professional carpenter in a small construction company. I have a competent tool kit, a decent understanding of woodworking, and if there was something I didn't understand, I would use the power of YouTube. At the same time, I received the order to make a large wardrobe for the customer. it should roll. On this piece, to really support the weight of the granite slab, I had to reinforce the sides/edges of the plywood with long steel plates in the front to keep it from bending and bending. This made the use of edging tapes from the large hardware stores mostly obsolete, since the smooth steel would not stick to the narrow glued edge. I ordered this in a panic. I used a Harbor Freight heat gun and a rubber roller, and voila, a solid bond. Glue on them is plentiful and very high quality. Before installation, I cleaned the steel with a degreaser and washing-up liquid. It stuck to the steel with minimal problems. Any stains that blistered or peeled off required a little more heat and pressure, and they were as tough as they could get. I am definitely satisfied with this product.
