The customer service team is wonderful! They are always there for you if you need support or have questions about your account. As of recently they've added many features to their product that I never knew existed. They also updated many aspects (including look) in recent months. Their staff has been able to help me with several problems including but not limited to; billing issues, technical errors, and even adding new accounts. I highly recommend them as an IT provider! We use this software primarily to manage our daily operations- mainly emailing out reminders to our employees of upcoming events/appointments. There's nothing wrong with it other than we wish they had more built-in templates already made available instead of having to create multiple custom ones ourselves. There doesn't seem to be much room for improvement aside from what was mentioned above. It does everything we needed it too without any hiccups since we got started using it over two.
