The customer service team is wonderful! They are always there for you if you need support or have questions about your account. As of recently they've added many features to their product that I never knew existed. They also updated many aspects (including look) in recent months. Their staff has been able to help me with several problems including but not limited to; billing issues, technical errors, and even adding new accounts. I highly recommend them as an IT provider! The best thing about this software is it's simplicity in use as well as providing excellent customer service! It has been easy to learn how to operate for me personally and I've never had any issues with their team or support department whatsoever since we started using this program.
