Different pros: It fits comfortably in the hand, before that it was 45mm high, the hand was numb. With this 38mm mouse, the hand rests. With its cons. There are no silent buttons, although these are not as loud as in cheap mice, but still I wanted silent ones. It's hard to pull out the usb radio module, which is hidden inside under the cover.
