Review on ESP 30GS34 SB Poly Cellulose Universal Absorbency by Carl Morgan

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Not the best product. Read below.

Bought because after 20 years there was water running down our house. Wanted to protect the finished room. BENEFITS: 1. They absorb water. 2. Will expand as water is absorbed. CONS: 1. They don't absorb as much water as advertised.2. VERY, VERY difficult to dry for reuse.3. The very thin upper 3 split at the seams and at their ends as they stretched when absorbing water.4. THEY ARE NOT RESISTANT TO MOLD AND MOLD. SEE PHOTOS: AFTER ONE USE THE SOCKS WERE hung FROM THE DECK IN FULL SUN FOR ONE WEEK TO DRY COMPLETELY. THE INTERNAL FILLING WAS LARGE HARD BLUTS AND WHEN WE TAKEN THEM OUT FOR USE WAS WEAVING INTO ALL. We left our 3 days hanging out in the sun and they didn't dry out. They are difficult to squeeze by hand. Never dry in the washing machine! like the customer said above. When they burst under the force of your machine's spin cycle, you're really confused. Tiny non-woven water-absorbent material with moisture-absorbing beads clogs the water pump. Taking the car apart and cleaning it isn't difficult, but most will call in a professional and it will certainly cost money. Not to mention that they will probably try to trick you into replacing the pump instead of cleaning it. This happened to us many years ago with a dog bed. So we found out. I used to order swim socks from another brand that cost a little more. These are grey. They're not filled with the same horrible stuffing. They don't hold water very well. I can vacuum them almost dry in a few minutes with a workshop vacuum cleaner. You get what you pay for. We throw them away (when they are dry enough). WISH I CAN RETURN THESE! Take my advice: pay a little more for a better product.
