update 7 /6/ 20After working with support (several emails exchanged) I ordered a new set of devices that worked perfectly with my original cables and support refunded the cost of the new order as the product was under warranty. I will say that these devices work. better than the more expensive Vanco Evolution HDMI extenders they originally replaced. Vanco units skip/flicker every time the ceiling fans turn on, but these Avedio units don't. Please note that my television and video source are connected to separate dedicated circuits that no other equipment has. Initially, this extension worked without any problems. Just connect the cables, turn on the devices and turn them on (Xbox One/Samsung TV). I'm using a Cat5e cable that's about 75 feet long. Then the devices just stopped. No signal. I have two spare cables and they don't work either. My search continues for a simple power strip that will simply work for more than a few months. Please note that I contacted support for this product as it was supposed to be under warranty. Just take a look.
