XXL was right for a size 14 girl
These appear to be of good quality. Long enough for a 5'4" man. A little big for a person under 90 pounds, but a drawstring waist will keep them up. Keep in mind that these are definitely *girl* pants. I don't think they're made for a woman's same size would fit.

- You are so soft! They fit my 7 year old well. This is a great price too.

- Can be too wide or too narrow
