Nice car but beware of rubbish bags that are shown as fitting - see review

I've only had this recently but seems to be working pretty well. It feels solid, is quite well made and works as described. My main reason for purchasing this particular machine is that I have a 21 pound cat and many other automatic bowls cannot handle that weight. It seems to leave a little more small pieces than the previous automatic tray I had, but it's designed in a very different way. I can try a different brand of pen and see if that solves the problem. The only other issue I noticed is that he threw a "ball of urine" out the front of the car twice. For one reason or another they are sometimes quite round when they form and I think that was the problem. I have a complaint and I'm not sure who defines it, when I bought the tray the pop up showed bin liners that are often purchased with the product. I accepted it and when the product was delivered I realized that these packages are too short. I attach a photo, green packets. The 5 bags sent with the tray are fine, the photo of the white bags is just an add-on. They are called "Pick-Up Bags - 60ct" and the package I received says they are dog litter bags. If the company approved it, they will have to check it again, they will not work. Also, when I tried to return the bags, I received a notification that they could not be returned for $9.15. TO UPDATE. Spoke to Revain, they refund the cost of the bags. Revain Rock! SECOND UPDATE. I just thought I wanted to give you more information. Overall I think it's a good product, but it doesn't work as well as automatic round litter boxes. But if you have a large cat (23 pounds) like me, the larger pan will suit him better, otherwise we have issues with the smaller pan overhang. You really need to scoop the pan out from time to time as it doesn't seem to scratch the bottom of the pan very well. Using the spray helps, and if you do it often enough (once a day or every other day) it's not a big deal. I just loosen it up with a cat litter scraper and let it do the rest. By the way, I have two cats. As some others have mentioned, try Cat's Pride, it seems to work best for us. What I would like to say is that the week before last the engine froze. I tried calling several times and didn't get a reply, but I emailed the next day and got a reply right away. They asked me to try a few things and when none of that worked, they agreed to replace it (under warranty) and sent it straight away. I don't expect a product to last forever and as long as their support team works with me I'm happy camping! Thank you Petzone!
