These water cages are very light and hold bottles very well. As others have said they hold the bottles too well and the bottles are almost hard to get out but they slide in with a lot less effort. However, my Camelbak Podium flasks fit very snugly to the body, and Polar flasks hold them much more loosely. Loose to the point where I feel like the bottle might fall out on a bumpy road. But I won't blame the cage because there are so many companies that make different sized bottles that it would be impossible to design a truly versatile cage that could successfully hold all types of bottles. But for Camelbak Podium, insulated or not, they are very strong and durable. I would recommend her to a friend.
