Overall it was easy to assemble, well packaged and printed much better than I expected. I don't regret my purchase. At the moment 04/03/2020 I have two problems with it. (1) The two wires going to the control panel are well labeled, but the three connectors are unlabeled, so it's a plug-in connection. The two rightmost connectors are used. (2) More importantly, the heating layer has a slight deformation, which is further down the center. After leveling the bed around the corners with a piece of paper, the middle section is slightly lower. If it is lower, the print adheres poorly or not at all. After realigning the bed in the middle area, the original position actually presses the bed a little: then the prints stick to the bed. Sovol suggested using a raft, but I think the print type should define a raft, skirt, or brim rather than a slightly defective heatbed. The rating may seem bad, but I don't want it to be that way. I had a good answer from the folks at Sovol so I would give them a 5+ but I am not happy with the result regarding the heating issue. Thought I should have offered a replacement. One has to understand these days that every item purchased needs to be modified/repaired in order to function properly - that says little about quality control.
