I'm 6ft 1in and 175. I bought the medium one and as you can see in the photos it fits me. I actually wish it was a little tighter, but I'm sure it will fit. Shrinks after a few washes. The photos are taken after washing in cold water and at a low temperature. There is no iron. As you can see, it doesn't wrinkle easily. The arms are actually a good length and my arms are longer than I am tall. very warm soft thick flannel. Ideal for cold weather and rainy days! Now I will definitely buy more!
