Really impressed with the performance of this thing. Drives my AudioEngine P4s very well, and the extra headphone output saves me from adding extra hardware to the setup. It is used to drive PC bookshelf speakers, mainly for listening to music and small games. I'll be looking for better tubes to try but overall I'm impressed with the build quality and the sound it delivers. out. Initially, I found the sound to be a bit flat and lacking in clarity at high frequencies. This has been removed by fitting appropriate acoustic isolation pads for the speakers, but also by adding a bbe tone driver. Purists will cringe at the thought, but I don't use 100% hi-fi audio (I'll be listening to meetings and workshops through this device a lot) and it really helped reduce haze in singing-only apps .
