The ease in which you can deploy it across multiple sites with different types of rooms (e.g., standard room vs suite). It was very easy for our staff members to learn how to use this software quickly and easily. I have no complaints about anything! We are able to manage all aspects of our guests' stay from check-in/check out through poststay surveys - including their feedback after they leave via text message or email. This allows us to proactively address issues before we receive any customer service calls.
