I've been using this thing for about 6 months and it still looks and feels the same as the day I bought it. The felt inside is still soft and the outer material looks nice. The price is reasonable and I love that there are multiple trays of different sizes that you can stack in any order. It is versatile and does not take up much space. I was looking for something that can hold earrings and necklaces - I'd rather throw them in the trash than use one of the earring holders with all the little holes, so this is great for that. The quality of the top mirror is honestly not great and mine doesn't seem to be glued properly, but I didn't buy it for a mirror so I don't mind.
