Review on 🚗 Chevy Silverado GMC Sierra 2009-2019 Car Short Antenna: 6 3/4" Replacement Accessories by Bruce Cavett

I don't know why but for some reason it seemed to me that the factory antenna didn't fit this truck. I just always noticed the factory antenna. Maybe because my Chrysler has a rear window antenna and my Cadillac has a retractable antenna. so that you cannot see the antenna on any car in the parking lot. An old truck in my fleet has the same antenna type but looks good on this truck. I'm not sure why I noticed it that way on a newer truck. I tried the antenna attachment and it didn't help. A friend came by his truck with one of the short antennas and I thought it looked better. So I ordered one. I went with a 6 3/4" antenna. It seems to have got good reviews, with some of the shorter comments having poor radio reception. With the 6 3/4" antenna, my truck picks up all stations just as clearly as it did with the factory antenna. Off for some reason this one seems to me to match the look of the truck better I had to use the supplied brass adapter to mount this antenna Installation was easy just unscrewing the factory key and hand screwing on.
