On the plus side, the controller works. On the negative side, it's the other way around with this controller, instead of "1" being low and "4" being high (where "0" or "-" is off). So the speeds are in order: Off, High, Medium-High, Medium, Low. No deal breaker. but strange. And be careful, the logo is actually on the controller and not on the front panel as shown in the picture. So if you're thinking like me, you can just swap out the faceplate and save yourself the sight of the logo every day, think again. And not that it matters much, but the "off" position is actually represented by "-" rather than "0" as advertised.
