Yesterday (07/12/2019) the camera was successfully installed. Once I found my reverse light wire and a hole in my car's firewall to get the wiring inside the car, everything else went pretty smoothly. In daylight, the screen is difficult to see due to glare. The night vision was much better so I really wanted it as I fish a lot at night and it should help me get my boat back in the water. I have a design suggestion; The 3 small adjustment knobs need to be moved closer to the outer edge. This being the case, I have to remove the mirror/screen from my car's mirror to make adjustments. I hope this is a change in a future updated system. As you can see from the photos there is glare. I have to play with brightness and contrast. The image of the hitch was the result of using the camera the first time to align the hitch with my boat trailer. It was on the first try just using the camera. I usually have to get out of the pickup several times to see if I'm lined up and/or close enough. I adjusted the camera tilt so that the hitch ball is only visible at the bottom of the screen.
