Surprisingly high external quality, so far so good. It's double-jointed, so it rotates quite a bit. The "Rotate to Spray" function works smoothly. I was concerned about lowering my already low faucet, but since this thing swings so far it doesn't make that problem as big. The product came with an adapter for various taps (not used) in a nice metal box with a window and a foam cushion, very well packaged. I was concerned about water consumption: I wanted at least 2 GPM, up from my current meager 1.5. The website has multiple claims about the product, how much water it releases, which is very confusing. Additionally, the instructions accompanying the product state a different amount and even that is confusing, not sure if it's talking about the amount of water saved or the amount of water that leaks out (horrible English). So I tested it myself as accurately as I could. At our water pressure of about 60 psi, I measured 15 seconds of flow (1/4 minute) and got 74 ounces. That's 296 ounces per minute. So this is about 2.3 GPM (this test used the "Aerator" setting). For me, that's a nice, noticeable increase. If this thing keeps working fine and doesn't fall apart for some hidden reason, I'd say it's pretty damn good!
