I've had this bag for about a month. I go on hikes (2-4 miles) almost every day and then go to the dog park every day. I have not tried the shoulder strap and the strap does not fit my 44 inch waist. So I removed the included strap and just slip my strap through the loops when I go camping. It has two nice and strong loops, one on each side of the strap clip; I don't want to lose it in the middle of a hike, when I go to the dog park I just clip it to my belt. He's holding up great. The inner zip pocket is wide enough to hold my 5.85" x 2.96" x 0.34" LG Phoenix Plus phone when fully zipped. There is also a hole to put the headphone cable through .A small mesh pocket can hold multiple items.I can clip keys to the carabiner and clip them to one of the D-rings on the shoulder strap.The drawstring closure keeps the bag closed securely so little crooks can't get to the treats.The poop bag dispenser is easy to close operate.. I was concerned that it would be difficult to operate because it is on the back but it works great.
