My ladder arrived with two stabilizers loose in the box and the screws that should have secured them nowhere to be found. After calling the quality control problem to ISOP's attention, they advised that they had moved swiftly to call the problem to the manufacturer's attention, securing a commitment for improved quality control, emphasizing the safety-critical nature of the ladders being manufactured. On a just in case basis, they also secured a commitment for the manufacturer to include spare screws with every ladder sold. While I was initially disappointed with the stabilizer problem, I am now very impressed with ISOP's customer service and overall commitment to safety. An impressive company and one that deserves the trust of its customers going forward.
