Easy to use for kitchen and dining room
This product could have gotten 5 stars if the temperature was more accurate but for the price it's excellent. I have a calibrated RTD to compare (I've run a calibration lab for years). And the gauges vary +/- 3Β°F around the rating from 100 to 350 feet. Not bad, but not perfect either. Both the thermometry system and the app are easy to set up and use. I'm not sure if this will work in the long run, but I'm very happy with it. The big test will be Christmas. I smoke 15 pounds of turkey and 4 pounds of salmon and also grill. If it works I can give up to 5 stars.
