This review is not about the product, only about customer service. Sorry I don't usually write reviews unless there is something that needs to be known. I called to ask a question about using a Bluetooth USB dongle. Not only did this support guy take the call on his own behalf and explain that after waiting a few minutes he told me straight out that they don't support the use of keys as these are not their products. Put simply, he can't help. I've provided some BenQ answers here and recommended some, but he said he couldn't comment on them. Further discussion is not possible here. It's not a wireless device so there's no point in asking for it unless they make their own and support it. If you're looking for a wireless projector, this isn't for you. If you are using a Bluetooth USB adapter and it works with a Bluetooth speaker, please let me know. Many Thanks. I have a ZEXMTE (as recommended in the answer) and I can't find the device name.
