We use this to project slides for our worship service.

We use this to project slides for our worship service in a hall that seats about 225 people. Images are clear and viewable from anywhere in the room in any light.

Ideal for golf simulators

Fantastic. Outstanding image quality. Significantly better than Viewsonic, which also offered 3200 lumens. I use this for a golf simulator in my garage. The image is clear and I was able to achieve perfect focus. I have this setup with an iPad and Skytrak.

Great projector good for video projectors

Bought 2 other projectors before. One was a $99 product and it was ok but not bright enough. The second was a $299 product and couldn't focus well. Spent a bit more money on this projector and I am completely satisfied. I shoot a 10ft screen and can read fine print. Super bright too. We use this for movies and Xbox One. It's bright enough that we can play games with the lights on and still see images.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Negative gift

Good picture and easy setup

This projector shows an excellent HD picture. We use it to display HD videos and it looks amazing. A short projection is great because we can show a 120 inch image from about 5 feet away. The built-in speaker is good, but we don't use it for our small group. Instead, we connect a small audio cable to the home system. Use it in an office with large windows. We are showing HD video and need to close the windows. But for the most part it's a good projector. Much brighter and better than the Optoma

Excellent picture quality

This purchase was an improvement over a basic cheap (DrJ) projector. The difference is amazing - a very sharp image, a 100 inch image requires a short projection distance. Easy to focus. PowerPoint and HDTV (streaming) are also displayed very clearly in daylight (with curtains). Wide Range of Image Sources Easily Accessible Although the projector has a built-in speaker, I highly recommend using a Bluetooth speaker from the image source rather than using the projector's small speaker. The next…

Very bright, very clear, very satisfied!

Just bought BenQ MW612 2019 projector and I'm very happy with it! Here is a BenQ WXGA projector (4000 ANSI lumens, 20,000:1 contrast ratio, WXGA resolution 1280 x 800) to the left of my 7 year old ViewSonic PJD5533W projector (2800 ANSI lumens, 15,000:1 contrast ratio, 1024 x 768 XGA -Resolution). Both projectors were around $500 when I bought them, although ViewSonic was bought in 2013 and this old projector is kinda $700(?!) now. As you can see, the BenQ projection is much brighter and the…

Great short throw projector

I wanted an 80 inch display for my bedroom but didn't want to buy another TV but I wanted the picture to be as good as my 1080p TV. I researched projectors for a while before pulling the trigger and buying this. I needed a quick throw because my room is small, it fills my 80 inch screen from just 5ft away and the picture is great, true 1080p. This one is slightly larger than the mini projectors I've seen here. I actually bought one of these but wasn't happy with the picture so I gave it to a…

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • No

This was a brilliant purchase. I just couldn't afford a high definition projector, but thought it was a good alternative. We have a rectangular room with an area of 1230 sq.m. Feet with almost solid glass on two adjacent walls. We chose to project an image 240cm wide in order to be able to rotate the projector from a blank white, usually painted, wall to an uninstalled screen if needed. So far we have only seen the projection on the wall. And this projected image, completely windowless at noon,

Poor customer service

This review is not about the product, only about customer service. Sorry I don't usually write reviews unless there is something that needs to be known. I called to ask a question about using a Bluetooth USB dongle. Not only did this support guy take the call on his own behalf and explain that after waiting a few minutes he told me straight out that they don't support the use of keys as these are not their products. Put simply, he can't help. I've provided some BenQ answers here and recommended

I wish I had bought this a long time ago!

All positive reviews are true! I didn't have a projector before, although I used to use one. I was worried that I would need the darkness in the room to see the picture, but during the day the picture is bright enough, not unlike the TV. I was surprised it was DLP (I thought they stopped making DLP) and that's why it gets warm in a minute and the fan can be a bit noisy. The fan runs constantly at the same speed as long as the projector is on. When you turn off the projector, it may take about 3
