I ordered this pre-workout a month ago, I go to the gym regularly and go there at least 4 times a week. When I first ordered it I wanted to know how it compares to other pre-workout machines like the C4 or MP Assualt and other cheaper products. I couldn't find any reviews with this comparison so I'll do my analysis for folks. First off I would like to say that I have been using pre-workouts for the last 8-12 months and I have used 2 of them. more often. The first one I used was C4 and the second one I used was MP Assualt. Both were excellent products and I would recommend them to people on a budget. What I've learned from my experience with pre-workouts is that both C4 and MP are good economical choices, but the ingredients in this pre-workout aren't nearly as healthy or of high quality. I always feel mentally focused, excited and most importantly my body feels good when I drink it. It doesn't upset my stomach like other pre-workouts like C4. It gives me incredible energy throughout my workouts and helps me train my body in a safe and effective way. I recommend this product to all my friends as a top recommendation. Although it's more expensive in my opinion, if you plan to hit the gym 3-4 times a week, you should spend your money on something comfortable. YOU INVEST IN YOURSELF TO IMPROVE AND CHANGE YOUR LIFE FOR THE BETTER. All I can say is spend the money as it only costs $20 more a month, it's worth it. Overall this product is excellent and I love it. I will be buying all my future products here as it is well worth the extra money. If you're just starting out and can keep exercising, I recommend this because even on days when you don't feel like going to the gym, all you have to do is drink it and now you feel ready to go! In closing, the only negative thing I have to say is I wish I had the blue raspberry. To be honest this is not a very good scent and I regret not ordering another scent. But lesson learned and I hope someone reads this and doesn't make the same mistake I did :) Minus my taste 10/10 Recommended!
