I ordered this in early April when my baby died of cancer and I love it. It was a bit difficult to open, but you can open it with the provided screwdriver if you work with it a bit. This is very good quality and will not tarnish or discolour your neck like other necklaces. I wear it 24/7, even when I'm sleeping, and only take it off in the shower. It's still the same shiny silver color it was when I got it and hasn't changed in color at all. It is very nice that he can be with me all the time without fear that he will deteriorate or change color.
