Direct replacement, 2 breaks

Direct replacement for the original hose and valve. Only one feather collar was provided. 2 defective products. ***UPDATE*** The clicking sound came from the gears in the valve control box. Has anyone ever contacted the seller for a warranty replacement? 09/24/2021I now have 2 of these out of service. The first was replaced as soon as possible, but the second has already exceeded the "warranty".
