Broke after 6 weeks: Household goods
This device did not charge properly out of the box (it had to be held at a certain angle, with the right pressure). After 6 weeks it just stopped charging. Revane told me I can no longer return it and Black and Decker hasn't responded to my messages. Was a good product when it worked but I'm so angry at the money I spent and the complete lack of help I received for the faulty product (and I can see I'm not alone from others reviews bin). I hope someone contacts me to fix this.
