UPDATE: Very difficult to install - I do not recommend this product

UPDATE: While my comments on this product stand, I must commend the supplier for the excellent customer service. After reading my review, they emailed me thanking me for my comments, saying they had passed my thoughts on to the development team and offering a full refund. That is exceptional customer focus. Although this particular product did not meet my needs, I will never hesitate to buy from this seller again. This attitude is rare and should be rewarded. ============ I gave it away shortly after I bought it. The thing just won't hold tight to the bike rack. There seems to be two ways to attach it: (1) Velcro can go through two plastic guides; the bag is only attached on one side and the free side dangled up and down during the ride; or (2) sweating and swearing and hating life trying to get two Velcro straps through the plastic rails under the counter and back into contact with another Velcro strap. I managed it twice, at the cost of a great personal investment of time and whim. You could easily solve this problem with longer Velcro strips or four Velcro strips, as almost all similar products do. Or maybe someone smarter than me can find out. In any case, I do not recommend this product.
