ALISS has been developed over the last 2 years. The software was initially designed to generate proposals for existing clients. It is now used by agents to make offers for new business and for auto renewal. It has grown into a comprehensive system that allows agents to add and remove any product from the system. The system includes: - A template for each type of proposal; - Auto completion to fill in the fields; - Auto completion to enter data; - Calculated risk analysis (this is calculated automatically) - Statistical analysis of agent performance, so that the most successful agents are identified and promoted to other agents; - Automatic email reminders; - Automatic follow up calls to rejected applicants. The system also provides analytics on all contacts made by the agent, including the source of the contact and how many of those prospects were sold. This information helps the agent target new sources of business and build relationships with existing clients. ALISS is also a useful tool for prospecting, because the system shows you who has already expressed interest in your products and gives you a lead list to follow up.
