My daughter didn't want a party for her 16th birthday but I wanted to do something festive. These cute streamers turned our house into a great party even when there were no people inside. They reflect light beautifully and are the perfect complement to a dozen pearlescent balloons and a set of pink mylar balloons. They need to be hung from the ceiling and they are very long so I cut them off so there are a lot of them hanging from the ceiling. It was like a fantasy land running around with balloons and we left them for a week just to keep the holiday spirit going.
