Including fastening screw and U-tube. The item arrived on time and was well packaged. Installed the replacement part on a 2001 Chevy with no problems. U-tube as a gift. Worked fine and fixed the problem. I hope he continues to perform well. Fuel correction values were used to diagnose the problem. Update, device failed electrically today. The disappointed device endured a month of normal driving. Bought a new device from a local vendor.
