Disappointed
Bought an owl in December and a second one with trees in early July because it worked so well. Both metal shells came off yesterday after just 1 hour. I don't know why it suddenly happened. We are looking for new liners or just new heating pads all together. It will probably be ceramic this time so as not to detach. Very disappointed and will probably be returning the second one I just bought.
