I like how easy it was to use for my department as well as our customers! It's very user friendly with great customer service support from TAG Tech Support Team in addition of having their own internal development team also creating fantastic products out there every day!! There are so many features available within this software which makes managing all aspects easier than ever before but at times you can have issues where certain things do not work or function correctly even though they're listed under an option/feature list - however we've been able solve them through contacting Tag Technical Customer Service Department via phone call / email etc.
