All in all if everything is included this would be a real bargain. Given the price, you don't expect top quality, but you don't want to rely on the quality of electronic components either. When I first installed the splitter I noticed that the wires were moving a bit in the connector so I very carefully connected it to the main wiring harness. Computer turned on and nothing, no boot up, no power. I unplugged the splitter and tried to boot again and it showed up immediately. I should have thrown the splinter right there. Instead I plugged it into a different connector on the wiring harness and tried turning it on and the computer started to boot. It's a good thing I didn't leave because after ten seconds I smelled burnt. Realizing immediately that I had a problem, I turned off the computer, turned off everything, and took it outside. Removing the cover from the splitter was smoking, and a few wires were welded together enough to completely melt the outer coating. If I hadn't been so concerned about it, it would have been a fire for sure.
