I ordered almost the same item from Newegg and it was "Lost in the Mail". Paid less here for the same thing, not sure if it's just because I have Prime or because there was a sale. I was surprised when it came with a large bag of extra screws and a screwdriver. I was particularly surprised when my newegg order arrived a month late with no screwdriver or extra screws. I would give this a 5 out of 5 but where the metal is cut there is a sharp drill that can cut hands and cords. A bit of sandpaper

The brackets were fine, but the side mounting screws did not match the threads on the sides of the bracket Also, the bottom holes of the brackets used to attach the SSD to the bracket were not beveled to accommodate the Accommodating the included hardware (e.g. pan head screws) to attach the mount to my computer was nowhere near long enough. Maybe it's ok for some, but then again, the threads didn't match the brackets. I personally didn't like the look of the SATA cables - they worked well…

The problem was never solved by the supplier. The product arrived with only half the screws shown in the product photo (meaning only one of the two trays can be used). Reported to the supplier who originally stated that replacement accessories were supplied. After nothing appeared, he asked again. The seller told me to buy my screws. At this point I had passed my return window. So I'm stuck with half the kit, which is useless as I don't have any screws to attach the drive to the tray.

I bought 8 of these sets. None came with enough screws. 5 screws to attach the SSD to the plate! For 2 inserts with a total of 8 holes! They again included 4 screws to attach the 8 hole bay lol. They give you a 90 SATA cable! Lol, that's 90 positions up! Where would you even use one pointing to the bottom of the next tray? Some funny stub for marriage was thrown. All in all if everything is included this would be a real bargain. Given the price, you don't expect top quality, but you don't want to rely on the quality of electronic components either. When I first installed the splitter I noticed that the wires were moving a bit in the connector so I very carefully connected it to the main wiring harness.
