This hose needs to be widened a little so that it can be easily pushed onto the fitting. Do not attempt the procedure if you are not seated. You have to hold it by the fitting with both hands or you fail. You start with a diagonal placement, securing each part that lands on the fitting with the fingers of one hand, and then with great force push the next part of the end bracket onto the fitting. You have to keep doing this until all the hoses are on the fitting, not an easy task. Remember to put the clamp very loosely around the hose at first so it slides down the hose and is out of the way. You need to do this so you can tighten it to the fitting once you've managed to get the hose on it. If you don't have enough finger strength and patience, I highly recommend purchasing these hoses already attached to the fittings. Much luck! UPDATE: The first time there was a leak! The plastic detached from the metal coil and broke. Terrible piece of junk! Buy a heavy duty hose and get rid of this waste of money!
