The part was either an OEM or a replica so everything was ok. 5 Stars. Installation was ridiculously difficult; Essentially, installation depends on the product being stiffer than to insert it fully you have to remove the top of the machine and still don't have access to all the areas you need to press. Samsung has a similar "ritual" when replacing the dryer drum belt. I decided to replace both (machines) after noticing that the washing machine had a certain fecal smell even though we clean it regularly.
