I first started using US pans when I tried one of their 1 pound bread pans. Since then I have replaced all my old baking utensils with it. I will not look at other pans now. First, they are absolutely bulletproof. I could probably run over her with my car (don't try that at home). It is strong, heavy and thick metal. Baking is also wonderful. They are coated with a thin layer of silicone, making them completely non-stick. I haven't had any rust problems with any of the pans I've bought. I don't use metal utensils on them and I don't put them in the dishwasher. I believe if I take care of these pans they will last me a lifetime. I baked a few rolls with this pan (pictured) and they turned out beautifully.
