Well I'm a watercolourist but I've used traditional oil paints in the past. I was interested in these water miscible oils and thought it would make the oils easier to use. The advantages are that they are non-toxic and you can use water as a medium. In the image I've attached, I just used water to dilute the colors. Another plus is that you get a lot of flowers for your money. What I didn't like was the quality of these paints. They lack brightness and darker colors don't want to blend and are under-pigmented, making layering difficult. Also the color names are just stickers on the tube (see my attached picture) that come off more easily. Without this sticker it is impossible to know what color is in the tube. Your painting dries very quickly (which I like). If you want to work professionally I wouldn't recommend them, but if you're looking to give a gift to someone who is just starting out or a child I would recommend them.
