Read the instructions Good

Excellent quality for a towel rail. It is NOT perfectly square as many have commented. According to the manual this is normal. I just spread it with my hands gently and with a little effort on a towel on the floor. Warms up quickly and wonderfully. With the plugless version, you can just run the cord through the drywall and plug it into an outlet. I highly recommend positioning the connection point to the bottom right of an accessible outlet so you can thread the cord through with your fingers! It heats up quickly and gets very hot with a 170W cell. I was quite surprised. Don't rush to install! It's very important that you have a spirit level that goes over the counter and wall to mark your measurements. Minimum height 36 inches. Requires moderate to advanced installation. Project time for one person with experience, 1 hour. The built-in timer works great and turns itself off on time. October 2019: Still working great. We rarely use anything other than an hourly timer. Two folded towels dry very well in this time. I also recommend using a pencil and spirit level to draw a perfectly square box on the wall for precise assembly. The small hanger at the top can be easily moved to either side. August 2020: Still working great. There are no finishing problems. Dry every day or two.
