I have used other brands successfully but tried this one because of the price. The steel bristles start to fall off after about the third use. I lost my contract because the restaurant I served had a customer with steel bristles in her mouth. They are thin and sharp like needles. DO NOT risk using this on your appliances to prevent steel bristles from getting into your food.
