My hairdresser says I wash my hair every 2-3 days. There should be some reliable shower caps to keep your hair out of the shower on those different days. You are perfect. They're lightweight, not bulky, easy to use, and disposable when I'm ready to toss them. Also ideal for deep care packs. Put a shower cap on your hair dipped in warm olive oil or a store-bought deep conditioner, then wrap a warm towel from a hair dryer around your head, hold for 30 minutes to 1 hour, and rinse. Are you ready for intensive hair conditioning at home! I just wish they were a little tighter, they're a little looser. That's why I gave this item 4 stars and not 5.
