1 I have a built in TDS meter, the input shows 500ppm, the output is not constant and can vary from 24 to 88 Di So machine is not working at its core, the advertised feature that removes 90% of TDS, besides you can feel the difference.2. I have a very powerful booster that puts out 80psi which is the optimum pressure for a reverse osmosis filter. There is a pump in the system that delivers 80psi: you would think the system would only take 80psi sq.in. inlet pressure. But no. The system is rated for a maximum inlet pressure of 70psi and they want you to buy an additional regulator to first reduce the pressure to 70psi and then force the booster pump back to 80.3. The bracket that holds everything together cannot support the weight of the first 3 filter stages and will bend under load, although this does not affect the function of the device, it is simply an eyesore.4. If you do not expose the system to light, algae WILL grow if you expose the first stage clear housing to sufficient light.
